Pork grading isn’t the same as beef- so the issue is it’s hard to tell pork quality from grading alone. If pork is inspected by the USDA, it’ll simply get an acceptable or utility grade. Of these methods, pork chops are least likely to dry out when slow cooked or baked in the oven because you’re cooking at lower temperatures. You can still get a nice crispy exterior if you pan-sear them for a few minutes on each side, then bake them at 350 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit the rest of the way. If you do grill them, marinading is a must. Another trick is light salt. Salting your pork chops or adding a sodium-heavy sauce (like soy sauce) seals in moisture.
